Sal Nidai
With over 15 years in the fitness industry, Sal Nidai is an experienced coach dedicated to helping people move better, feel stronger, and improve their overall body health. Having taught a wide range of fitness concepts and worked across leading studios in London, Sal brings extensive knowledge and a thoughtful approach to every class and coaching environment, with a strong focus on posture, flexibility, and mobility. Beyond teaching, Sal has led teacher trainings and coaching workshops across the UK and Europe, supporting instructors in developing their coaching skills and presence. Sal has also collaborated with studios to design their training blueprints and signature class experiences. Currently specialising in Reformer Pilates and Barre, Sal’s classes combine precise technique with an encouraging, supportive atmosphere, helping clients build strength, improve alignment, and move with greater ease and confidence. Teaches: Reformer on Tuesdays at 12:30 & 1:30 PM, Saturdays at 9:30, 10:30 & 11:30 AM - all 50 minutes and different levels.
